3rd Year Scouts in Troop 223 are required to complete leadership responsibilities as a Patrol Leader in addition to participating in Troop meetings and campouts in order to complete the requirements to achieve the Life Scout Rank. These activities accrue points toward the required minimum point total for Life Scout.
